I hired Mr Morris in August 2016 to update my corporate book and prepare Asset Purchase and Lease Agreements. He asked for a $2500 retainer fee. He did prepare the documents for signature by the agreed-on time, but getting those signed documents and corporate book back from him has proved to be a 6-month order. Over 25 calls and 14 emails requesting them went unreturned. Two visits to their office to retrieve the documents also were unproductive. I finally received some of the originals 5 months later. Instead of the accounting I requested, I received a slapped-together, vague "invoice" requesting more money (6 months later), and two original signed documents that were never sent to me are "not in their possession."

Ms. McClimon is an extremely professional attorney who follows the law and is a pleasure to work with. Going through a court battle is never fun nor easy but having great representation lifted a lot of stress. Ms. McClimon listened to everything we said, she gave us good legal advice that follows the law, she is very honest and she went above and beyond to explain things to us, answer phone calls/e-mails in a timely manner and works well with other attorneys.
