Cassidy was great! I would definitely recommend her and Beal Law Firm in the future. First of all Beal is an excellent firm. Throughout the entire process I felt like I had the support of the entire team. On multiple occasions other members of the team would help with my case and answer questions, and not because I was being passed around but because the issue or question fit their particular expertise. It really felt like the team worked well together and all had my best interest in mind. Secondly and most importantly Cassidy did an outstanding. Saying that you are happy with the outcome of a divorce is a bit of a misnomer but given the circumstance I can honestly say Cassidy did a great job making sure I was happy with the outcome. This was especially impactful to me and I appreciate Cassidy's approach on this. The items and issues that were important to me were not necessarily the things that are easily measured and "scored" in a divorce but they were important to me and Cassidy recognized that and made sure they were what she focused on regardless what some divorce scorecard would say. In the end I was extremely happy with the results and with Cassidy as my attorney.

I received a wealth of information at my initial consultation. Very helpful & many of the questions I had planned to ask were answered by Mr. Ballew before I even asked them. They were very friend on the phone & in person. I would definitely recommend.

Please don’t be offended when I say this b/c I’m only trying to help those of you who I’m sure are going through a difficult time. I am client of The Beal Law Firm and a business law attorney. As an attorney, I feel I’m uniquely qualified to say who’s good verses who just looks good. With attorneys perception rarely line up with reality. So, here’s my take. More often than not, Eric is the smartest guy in the room. He’s always the nicest guy in the room. There are many many lawyers in the family law field, and I would “bet the farm” that he is better than all of them. I am not aware of an attorney in any specialty (include yours truly) that can match his talent, empathy, compassion and common courtesy. Because your case will matter so much to you, you need someone you can trust, someone who you like and, of course, someone who’s really good. His advice will be sound, sensible and pragmatic. His knowledge of family law will make your opponent’s head spin. I sincerely hope this review leads someone who needs a good lawyer to hire The Beal Law Firm. I’m not smart enough to write a higher recommendation.

I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of my case my lawyer ( Cassidy ) I also could not have been more pleased with. Any time I had a question or a concern it was answered in a timely manner. She also could not be intimated by the opposing lawyer and his endless threats and silliness. She knows the law and won't waist your time or again let a silly opposing lawyer waist your time. Worth every penny and highly recommend for any good dad wanting to get as much time with his kid(s) as possible!

I went to Eric several years ago with my case when I had no one to turn to.
