It's not often one has an opportunity to give a glowing review for an attorney but 5 stars isn't enough to encapsulate how generous, patient, and helpful Mr. Malone is. After calling several CPAs and Tax Attorneys I was beginning to feel hopeless. Trying to set up a new business is stressful and daunting. Mr. Malone personally returned my call within 5 minutes of leaving a message with his office assistant. He was very pleasant and very thorough. Before speaking to him I was almost in tears because it felt as though I just couldn't get anyone to help me. I am pleased to say that my issue was resolved. Needing an attorney can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming but you can put your mind at ease if you work with Al Malone. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thanks again Al for everything!

Add another 5 stars to this review !!! My dude solved what felt like an impossible problem. He handled my case with total professionalism and an enthusiastic attitude. In spite of hitting a few ( a lot ) of brick walls, Al kept digging and trying different angles until he got to the root of the problem. He even filed my past returns for me. I would 10000000% recommend him for any and all your IRS issues!!! And another 5 stars again !!! He is so patient and kind.

Attorney Al was awesome to work with! This was my first time filing for bankruptcy and I had no idea if this would be right for me. However, He educated me before I made a decision before just taking my money like other firms tried to do. When I decided to file he walked me through every step of the way and answered all my questions up until the end of my bankruptcy. He is also very nice, patient, responsive, and professional. Mr Al Malone has done an amazing job handling my Chapter 7. I made 1 trip to the office, the rest was all done through email/text/phone. The level of communication and knowledge that I received from Al and his team was appreciated. I came to them after dealing with a couple of larger firms where I was just a number. At the other firms I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to discuss my case, Al made it easy. I could even get assistance via text message. If I had a question or an issue they were always there. Even on Sunday on a couple of occasions. I would recommend Al and his team to anyone, they even did my chapter 7 on a payment plan which is difficult to find. It made the initial cost of filing a non-issue.

I called Mr. Malone to get help to file Chapter 7 but I don't make enough money for the zero down. But he was extremely nice and told me what to do. If you can hire him he's the person to go to.!
