Al has been great from the first steps of this process all the way through. His knowledge is vast and has helped us greatly. He explains things completely and always asks if we understand and what questions we have for him.
At no time did he make us feel embarrassed or ashamed due to our situation. His empathy during the most difficult financial time of our adult life has kept us from going completely mad.
We appreciate everything he has done for us and highly recommend his service.

I hired Kayla for a child custody battle, she gave false promises and never followed through. She seemed more intent on trying to impress the judge than actually representing me and my case and guarding my legal rights. NOT aggressive with opposing counsel and very much rolled over to all their requests and demands. Had to hire another attorney to finish my case, had the initial work been done correctly it wouldn’t have been so difficult trying to undo the damage she had already done.

We honestly just appreciate all of the help Al provided us during this time. Our situation was definitely unique and not ideal. Without hesitation, he took on our case and successfully navigated it to completion. This was important to us because others had turned us away. He listened and answered all our questions or concerns. He thoroughly prepared us for our creditor meeting. His system of uploading all needed documents was efficient. I would like to thank Mr. Malone for helping me out with this entire situation. One of the best lawyers in the DFW area that help with bankruptcy and financial issues. If you are on a budget and need help with flexibility on payments his team is more than willing to help. My bankruptcy was a smooth process. Everyone in the office are very customer friendly and professional.

Honestly Al deserves a rating of 10 stars he was overall one of the best attorneys I have worked with. He is patient and answered all my questions and most importantly he was always available when I needed him!! One of the most hardest decisions I have had to make and he helped make the process as smooth as possible. He handled all the paperwork and help prep me through everything beginning to end. Hands down the best!!! I was very afraid of taking this step to clear some debt that didn't seem to go away with my method. All in all if it hadn't been for Mr. Malone I probably would've walked away and kept drowning. He held my hand and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. He made everything as clear as day. I know I got on his last nerve, but I really appreciate all he's done and I definitely recommend his office for your services.

Al Malone is a great attorney. He stayed in contact with us from the beginning until the end, letting us know how the entire process worked. He cares.
