Felt taken advantage of. Enjoyed talking with the team, but their invoice did not reflect the pricing that I was made aware of ahead of the appointment. Their secretary informed me that there would be a free 15 minute consultation followed by a meeting to amend and a contract I have with a client. Their secretary gave me a clear rate for what this would cost. However, after meeting, I was charged more than twice the stated rate. On top of that, I did not receive the services that were discussed... After the initial meeting I was informed that, to receive these services, it would require that I would pay even more -- Roughly *7* times the rate originally discussed with their secretary. Fortunately, I’m currently in a position right now where I could pay the invoice and move on, but hopefully this review saves someone who might not be in such a situation… Very disappointing…
