Potential issues with case handling and communication
“Things did seem a lil off with Rita at court but whatever, no big deal. Judge goes over the order, papers are being signed, and passed around. Rita finally hands me the order to sign and I leave. A week or so later my employer receives an order to increase money out of my check. I immediately reach out to Rita. After several attempts I finally got her on the phone. Explained to her what was happening and she pretty much told me it was my problem now!”
