David and his team were outstanding helping resolve a complex multi year IRS audit and ultimately a successful negotiated settlement. His teams knowledge of the tax code and the IRS process during the settlement was outstanding. David’s calm and professional demeanor was truly a benefit in helping me settle with the IRS. We had a long-standing problem with fifteen years of unfiled returns. Met with David, his top accountant, and his associate Nick. He explained what needed to be done to come into compliance with IRS. No over the top promises, no disrespect for IRS agents, and no disrespect toward me. The PROFESSIONALISM of his entire staff is to be admired. I am technical and a do-it-yourselfer. I don't know much about law. I actually got scammed my first time using a Law Firm in Beverly Hills CA and they took $19,000 from me and did nothing for me causing my situation to get worse. I then used another Lawyer from North Dallas and he lied to me and told me to do a chapter 7 bankruptcy and he would “bundle” my tax debt into the chapter 7 with my credit cards and I would “walk away” owing zero. Unfortunately that was a Lie. I only walked away from the credit card debt not the tax debt. I finally ran into David and he helped me with an Offer and Compromise. Everything worked out just like he said and I am DONE with the IRS! Thank you David!

He was willing to meet me in person, and put my mind at ease during our initial meeting. All others insisted everything could be handled by phone and E-mail.
