David is a superstar . My tax situation was extremely complex, related to the sale of a company I ran to a foreign entity. Subsequent to the sale pay "through the keys to the bank" who sold the debt to a private equity firm. Some months later they shut the business down and sold the assets. When the company was originally sold I surrendered my laptop and had no documentation related to my income and stock position. The companies servers were nowhere to be found, we had no idea where the files were located in the company had no employees. Over a period of several years David, through persistence, professionalism and skill David convinced the IRS that my filing was correct. I consider this outcome to be nearly miraculous considering the lack of supporting documentation that I could provide. As I said at the opening, I consider David a superstar and recommend him without reservation. If you need help in this area he should be your first and only call.
