To avoid any privacy issues with my family I will leave it simple something terrible happened to my minor child at a grocery store and she went looking for an item that may have been in back stock needless to Say she was sexually assaulted by an employee of that store I immediately contacted Thomas McElyea's office on a weekend might I add, And he returned my call within the hour and came in on the weekend his days off to take on our case and he has been absolutely wonderful he keeps in close contact with us on every step of the way and is very caring and aggressive and understands how important this means to my family I know that he will seek Justice for us and he has done so this far he is amazing I will definitely refer him to anyone I know!

I’ve had the opportunity to seek out Tom’s assistance on two separate occasions over the last few years – one regarding a family law and custody case, and the other pertaining to a corporate compensation and negotiation issue with a previous employer. Tom McElyea represented me in a sexual harassment/assault case.
