I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his crew. After getting bad advice from other so called tax experts, I stumbled on to the Powell guys and found their expertise and knowledge impressive and reliable. Steve is a no nonsense man who took my case and with his son, Arron, solved it. No more sleepless nights, or confusion, and real down to earth answers. It’s like sitting down with members of your own family and saying “Hey, I need help!” and getting it! The more the tax issue, the more you need Steve Powell. Awesome!

Steve Powell has served as my family's financial attorney for over two decades, and I wouldn't have it any other way. He and his staff are diligent, accurate, kind, and most of all humane. Steve sat down with me for an hour, looked over my situation, and explained what the IRS meant to communicate. I had no idea what the IRS wanted, they couldn’t write a sentence if their life depended on it. They cut and paste statements that make little sense. I was ready to hire Steve and let him sort it out for me. He explained what the IRS wanted, confirmed it was correct based upon my return. He told me I didn’t need to hire him. Wow! So helpful!! I will definitely seek Steve’s services if they are needed down the road!!

I visited Steve Powell with a tax issue in 2013. He took the many and stated that he would help. As a result, he did nothing, but postpone every effort he could have made. Despite my many phone calls to his office, he was always too busy to talk or he was out of town. It came to pass that the IRS place garnishment to my bank accounts twice and IRS contacted my Customers and order them to send IRS my account receivables, in which it destroy me and my business. I finally ask the IRS examiner why, she simply stated that Steve Powell was not complying with her requests and that she was totally ignoring her and would not respond to her phone calls as well. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

Steve Powell has saved us a huge amount of money. We were literally astounded. He is very nice, personable, bright and treated us like we were family. I had a complete great experience with Steve and Aaron. I had a terrible situation with the IRS and the firm put me at ease with a lot of education and patience with my numerous questions. My case took close to two years to close due to the IRS dropping the ball and throwing up typical roadblocks. I was a basket case, but Aaron educated me and eased my mind the entire time. It's a scary ordeal dealing with such a powerful entity, but I felt totally confident with my representation. In the end, which was recent, I came out on top thanks to Aaron Powell and his father Steve. Forget all the radio ADS these folks are amazing, they prepare and file your taxes and they take over all of your stress and anxiety, they do things right, know the complex tax law & show results.
