I would like to start by saying I appreciate Mr. James . I was so stressed about losing my license , but once we went over everything , MrJames James gave me hope for the future again! I highly recommend him for anyone . He’s Very professional and very knowledgeable about any questions regarding traffic tickets , bodily injury and criminal defense cases (10/10 ) . This past October I was charged with a class b misdemeanor for racing in the highway for what was a very big misunderstanding. I’m not a US citizen so me and my family were extremely worried about the case and completely lost on where to begin to look at. Immediately after we got back to our feet we started looking at options of the best lawyer to protect our rights and the ones that had experience with similar cases for what I was charged for. We talked with several attorneys, from the most expensive ones to the cheaper ones and although some of the lawyers were knowledgeable about the process and the system, none of them hit home with me by treating me and my family they way we expected to be treated. We wanted someone that from the get go would be able to go the extra mile for us and that was willing to address our concerns and give a realistic picture of what was going on but making reasonable comments about the case. Most of the lawyers would scary us and be very defensive and generic. James took the time to listen, give an honest opinion and make us comfortable with the process. At times like this all we need is help and to feel comprehended by those which are supposed to fight for us. He did all that and more. Right after we signed the contract with him he sent me a laundry list of things I had to do immediately to get the ball rolling and get an early dismissal. I worked on the documentation and he was right on top of it. Within less than 1 month my case was dismissed to a situation that to me was going to take a year to be resolved. The contact is directly with him and he makes sure to let you know all of the steps along the way. Open to discuss and talk, I have no doubt that my case was dismissed so fast and so easily by his hands on approach and willingness to make it happen. If you are scared, need someone that knows what he is doing and will do everything in his power to help you, James is the best option. Always available morning, noon and night if we needed to communicate with him. Stayed in contact regularly. Went above and beyond to gather evidence and speak/meet with prosecutors. The case did not go before a jury or judge and deal was worked out with prosecutor to dismiss charges contingent with completing a program. Had my husband been convicted, he was facing serious jail time. We were satisfied with the end result. Retainer fee was very reasonable and unlike many attorneys, he did not charge for small fees such as for copies, faxes, calls made etc.

I have used lawyers to take care of traffic tickets in the past and they have all worked but James got the ticket dismissed MUCH faster and without me having to go to court. Great service.
