If you want to solve your case very quickly reach him out. He is so professional and knows his job. I reached out to a few attorney before him and no one could help me. He didn’t promise me initially that he would help me to solve the problem but he said he can help in his best. As soon as I signed the contract with him the day after he called me back with a very good news and dismissed the case.

I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for my case!!!! Was super professional from our first conversation to our last and never made any sort of promise to get my hopes up, and at the end of everything, he still got both of my cases dismissed and he did it quicker than I imagined. Would not hesitate to contact him if I have any issues in the future!!!!!

I was recommended to James by an attorney friend to deal with a traffic citation. I expected a long wait and legal jargon. James answered my txt within a very short time. We discussed the issue at length. He asked me to send my documentation which I did quickly. Imagine my surprise when I got a response the very next morning, before noon!, with the issue resolved. I was referred to Mr. Rubin by another attorney to deal with a City of Houston DOT ticket. He was very responsive, professional, and explained what he would be doing during the whole process.
