Jonathan Hassell is an absolute professional. He is very thorough and lays out your options clearly. He gives you the truth, however hard it may be to hear. He has a background in finance, and he does excellent forensic accounting to track every cent of community assets. He moved my case along quickly and fought hard for a fair settlement. His hourly rate may be on the higher end, but it is worth it if you're divorcing someone unreasonable (and chances are that you are). He truly outclassed the other lawyer.

I started my divorce in February 2022 and just signed my final decree today. I originally had a different family attorney that was doing good for me, but I was hitting roadblocks during mediation and wanted to see if Walters Gilbreath would be able to approach it differently. At first I was hesitant to work with anyone besides Brian Walters, and they were absolutely willing to let me work directly with him, but I'm glad I continued with Jonathan and he was without a doubt the right choice. From the beginning, he gave me the utmost attention and I felt like a valued client. He always returned emails, calls, and messages timely. He always kept me informed of what came next. He advocated for me to get the best outcome for my kid. He had great solutions (and patience) for problems that came up. Words CAN NOT describe how happy and thankful I am with Walters Gilbreath PLLC. As most of you know, a contested divorce is a lengthy and challenging process.
