NOTE: This review is PRIOR to hiring Lori K. Redmond. My Husband is coming up for his first parole next September 2024 and we are currently in the process of searching and deciding which attorney will best suit my Husband in regards to representation at the Amarillo Parole Board. I have been in contact with several other attorneys but Lori's staff explained and answered many questions I've asked. I have not spoken to Lori herself YET but I am very confident and feel comfortable hiring her and her team. I am hoping my Husband will also choose Lori to represent him. Thank you SO MUCH for the helpful information and making me feel more confident with the Parole Process and most importantly, being kind to me and not judging my Husband as he has been incarcerated for the past 14 years. Lori K. Redmond Attorney at law , is the best lawyer to have and that I have ever spoken with . Recently she has helped me with my dads previous sentence of 25+ we were not sure if we would be able to see the day for him to come home but after 4 1/2 year sentence, He has mad parole !!!!and I’m truly grateful without her help I don’t know if he would still be in prison . She also always helps during the process and she is very honest and works with you through the process she gives a set price and even allows payment plans if needed , plus the staff is very helpful every time I had a question or wanted some information they answered responsibly respectfully and honestly .Thank God for Lori K. I called other attorneys before finding Mrs Redmond, my dads parole was coming up in just a few short months. I was turned down by the other attorneys I called and was told I should have called a year in advance. I was in tears and giving up, but my cousin told me not to take no for an answer, he called and found Mrs Lori. The assistant who answered was so sweet, helpful and hopeful. They told me there was still time because the parole board has been behind schedule and they would have time to prepare. I paid them in full that day and 2 months later my Dad makes parole. We couldn't be more happy, Mrs. Lori and her team are extremely kind and helpful, I'd recommend her over anyone. NO ONE else thought my Dad would make parole on his first time up, but he did thanks to this team. ❤️❤️❤️ Also I just want to add that I noticed a few bad reviews because of the lack of communication, but when you hire an attorney on Behalf of someone else you have to know they are working for them and are not obligated to call you to update you on every little thing. I was told in advance that I would need to call them for updates. Also to speak with Mrs Lori personally it is by appointment only, so keep that in mind, but don't think for a second she isn't working for your loved one. Just having representation is already more than not having any at all and I know Mrs Lori is good at what she does otherwise I don't think my Dad would have made parole. Letters alone are not enough to persuade an entire board of men and women sitting on a panel judging your loved one. You're definitely taking a greater risk without having representation and showing your loved one that you're trying to help them is worth more than 2k dollars.
