I hired her 4 years ago to help a loved one to make parole she charged me 2,600 never in those 4 years did i speak to her or had anyone call me to follow up i was the one always calling the office for an update or what todo to help my love one everytime I would call the secretary will always answer in a very rushing voice what the inmate id , and we haven’t heard anything keep calling in 3 -4 weeks at some point i would not even call anymore because the same information i was getting from the receptionist was on the tdcj web page i was the one notifying them when my loved one was in parole review every year i never got a call ,txt ,email giving me any kind of update my love one made parole early this year and i feel like she didn’t do anything no care or sympathy was shown to me or him in prison he never once talk to her or received a letter from her saying anything related to his case or what she was doing to help and what he needed to do as a guidence i work very hard to earn a living and 2k ~3k is alot of money to just throw away specially if you feel no effort or care from the service my love one finally made parole this year and i was the one to find out by keeping up with webpage but i can assure it wasn’t because of anything she or her office did at least i never saw a document or phone call to confirm otherwise pleased use their services at your own risk I would not recommend her to anyone looking for hope and its sad that alot of people will desperately spend their hard earned money in just that an empty promise to help .

Mr. Parzivand gave me only win in my fight with a large healthcare corporation. This corp. has deep pockets and already humiliated me personally and jeopardized my career plans. Mr. Parzivand stayed in the fight to get my overtime pay that this toxic corp. had tried to hide from us. He recognized this trick and got my money. Btw.this was partly while he and his family struggled from the pandemic. I recommend him highly and he is cool also.

My experience with Lori’s service is: 1. Extreme lack of communication. 2. Uncertainty of what her service provided in the end. 3. Never even received as much as 1 phone call with information/updates/ plan of action/ strategy to increase inmates chance of parole, absolutely nothing. 4. Felt like this law office wanted the money but did not put in the necessary work. 5. Lori Redmond is thriving off of an old reputation and referrals but lacks the original quality of service she might have once provided many years ago. 6. Has a sense of arrogance. 7. The office vibe is sketchy at best. When you call in to the office, it feels eerie due to the lack of politeness, courtesy, warmth, lack of care and concern in their tone, and lack of drive to help families reunite. 8. She has a pet peeve about speaking directly with her clients and/or inmates. Only the secretaries can and will answer questions. This is bizarre considering the line of work she decided to have a career in requires direct communication with clients. 9. She has an overall ‘don’t bother me’ vibe. 10. After the parole process was complete it felt like $1900 was wasted with nothing to show in return. 11. After failing at successfully completing the service she offers she had the audacity to send the inmate a letter stating that she would agree to represent them again for an additional $500. This letter was sent after a year set off. She stated that it would be a 3rd representation because she “represented” them a “second” time in a short way set off that only lasted less than a month. 12. Overall she yields poor results with majority of her clients who hire her. 92% of the inmates who are represented by her are denied parole. Based on my personal experience I 10/10 DO NOT recommend spending the money with Lori K Redmond. It’s too much of a gamble with her services. It’s like putting $2k in a slot machine and not even winning a $1 back. If your loved one happened to be granted parole, it is unlikely it was related to the service she provided and most likely due to luck/chance. If you are considering whether or not to hire her I’m assuring you It’s best to find a different parole attorney with a higher track record of success, even if they cost more.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Lionel Martin for employment related issues! He and his staff are very knowledgeable about specific laws and they will tell you whether or not you have a case. I had no experience with lawsuits before. He and his staff walked me through the process every step of the way. He was able to favorably resolve my issue in about a year and a half, the week before my case was scheduled to go to court. I am very satisfied with the resolution of my litigation because it accomplished exactly what I was hoping for. Also, I am autistic. Not everyone I meet is understanding that I am a little bit different. Mr. Martin was understanding and kind and explained things to me in a more literal way when I had questions or needed clarification. Overall, 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I've also told friends who have had issues with other employers in my industry to call his office.

Lori handled my case years ago and she did an amazing job! Very professional and thorough and won the case! My husband was released from a 10 year prison sentence on his 1st parole which is rare! She was well worth the money!!!

Hessam Parzivand helped me greatly with my case and got me the results I was seeking justice for. He was always timely and responsive to my inquiries regarding my case. I hope I don’t find myself in another situation where I will need his services in the future, but if I do, I will most certainly use him again.

Hessam is a fantastic attorney. He is attentive, a good communicator, and very easy to work with. He gave my case the attention I felt it deserved, and never made it feel like he wasn't doing his absolute best to put my interests first. I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat (but hoping I never have to ;) ).
