I recently worked with Ronique as she took my situation from a losing one to the end result I wanted. She came onto my case after my initial lawyer really screwed things up. I was very pleased to work with her and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone going through a divorce. To go into a little more detail, Ronique essentially fixed my situation. My ex-spouse hired a very aggressive lawyer who accused me of everything possible (literally) despite no evidence and painted me as an absentee parent which was not at all the case. My prior lawyer did a terrible job and from what I can tell, essentially rolled out of bed the morning of the hearing and went into court with near zero preparation. This initially resulted in me paying child support and loss of primary custody. Ronique fixed it and was worth every penny – she got me to 50% custody and a 50% split of postmarital assets, what I wanted from the start. She dealt with two very difficult opposing counsels effectively and was great to work with on my side. Her research and preparation for both trial and mediation were impressive. Again, I highly recommend Ronique. Every case is different and there are no guarantees, but she has what it takes.

This firm only sees clients as a paycheck. Everything filed was done late or not at all, showed up hearings tired, “need more coffee” unprepared. Lost custody of my 2.5yo daughter to man with a court ordered failed drug test for amphetamines, over $24k in arrears child support, history of domestic abuse and arrested for sexual assault. They put in 4 pieces of evidence of 100+, didn’t call any of our witnesses, and said they don’t file frivolous motions when I asked for an appeal…turns out they did not preserve our case for appeal after reading the transcripts. This firm dug our family into a hole we are still fighting to get out of, absolutely awful.

The entire legal process is uncomfortable from the embarrassment of someone showing up at random locations and serving you papers, to choosing a lawyer, to sitting quietly across from this other person you used to have a good relationship with who’s trying to destroy your character while your lawyer, a stranger, speaks on your behalf and fights for your legal stance, your reputation, your finances, and in my case, my livelihood! I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Attorney Robinson from a friend, and she understood me, my concerns, my family’s concerns, and best of all, I had the best lawyer in the room! She’s honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and has a strong staff to back her up. If you’re reading this, you probably don't have the luxury of a personal recommendation like I did, but take my word for it, if you want someone you can trust, who will understand the full picture of your situation, who knows what they’re talking about and will fight for you, look no further, I promise you will have no regrets!

Ms. Bastine represented me in the fight to retain my parental rights with my son. She represented me professionally, tireless, and assertively for 2 years against very high-powered and influential attorneys in numerous court battles and mediation sessions, and prevailed. She helped save my relationship with my son and kept me consistently in his life. Today, my son is a well-adjusted, flourishing student at a world-renown university and we have a very close relationship. Ms. Bastine kept me in his life at a time where it meant the most during his critical adolescent development.

I had a family issue that a couple lawyers insisted there was nothing I could do until I found Mrs. Robinson who came highly recommended from a friend who stated that if anyone can figure it out, she can and she was right. She handled the situation quickly. She’s not cheap, and she shouldn’t be, and honestly, I would have paid triple to get the results we achieved. If you don’t want to take a chance with your sensitive matter, don’t waste time and money getting bs consultations. She spent an hour and a half with me in our initial consultation asking me questions I hadn’t even thought of and we came up with an effective strategy that she and her staff executed. I will always swear by her and her people.

Mrs. Robinson and her firm were great to work with. They understood my situation clearly and helped me achieve the best that I could hope for in my divorce case. It was not an easy divorce but they were patient with me, understanding and knowledgeable about what I was going through. Even though I knew I had the last word in all major decisions, as I look back on things, Mrs. Robinson's advice clearly helped me make the best decisions. Hopefully I never have to use Mrs. Robinson again in a divorce proceedings, but if I do there would be no hesitation in retaining her again.

I am very grateful for the services of Mrs. Bastine. Her expertise and knowledge of the law was very rewarding and her caring spirit was comforting. She was always concerned and made sure that I was awarded everything that I was entitled to in my divorce settlement. I'm grateful for all of her help, kind words and encouragement. Ronique was my divorce lawyer and knows her craft, to the letter of the law. She answered every question I had and was very upfront with what my likely outcome would be. During those difficult times in life, she was by my side the entire process.
