He was my son's court appointed attorney and failed him miserably..lazy, doesn't care, talked to my son one time. Works for the DA not for his clients..Could gotten my son a better deal if he had of just tried..Would not recommend..Fire him if he is your court appointed attorney. Does not return phone calls! Disappointed. Zero stars....

Very Unprofessional. Gladly took our money then refused to help us. I could go on and on but ill stop here.

My son has been incarcerated for 5 months. Heath Allen was appointed for his lawyer. He has spoken to my son a total of 2 times. Otherwise he has done nothing. I have asked for him to call me numerous times to no avail. The office has even quit answering the phone when my son tries to call and he is paying for the call. It is not collect. I would not recommend this lawyer unless you are just wanting to sit in limbo.

Mr. Allen was very knowledgeable and professional. I was first impressed when I witnessed him in the court room and I thought to myself , if I ever need a lawyer this is the man. I was not disappointed when I met him in person. I have often heard people say that their attorney would not return a phone call, this is certainly not true when dealing with Mr. Allen, he kept me informed through our whole process. I would highly recommend Mr. Heath Allen to anyone needing legal advice. He is Great!

Heath Allen helped me with some Family Documents regarding a Last Will and Testament, Directive/Medical, & Power of Attorney paperwork. He was very helpful, and very timely in his response. I was satisfied and will continue to use his services.

Mr. Allen's help was invaluable when it came to Title Opinions and curing mineral title. His knowledge of Texas probate law and proceedings was very helpful. I'll certainly use his services again.
