My sincere thanks to Mr. Willy and his paralegal Stephanie Stubbe for handling my GC case so professionally. When I started working with them, I had no confidence that my case can qualify for the EB1A category. Their fact-gathering, presenting appropriate and adequate exhibits, emphasizing key points, and ornamenting many other intricate details on paperwork made my case strong enough to convince the approver without any RFE! Anyone reading these comments needs to understand that the GC candidate has to work on most of the paper works, and all they do is mentor and guide you until they convince themselves first on your case. It will be a multiple painstakingly iterative process to reach the final draft. The only area that I was not so happy, is the time that the paralegal took to review certain open action items. They had other conflicting priorities (filing H1B first during Apr month etc) that caused some delay in my case progress. If you work hard and collaborate genuinely with them, you have a very high chance!

I had contacted Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates to file my L1 application while being in USA on B1 visa. I’m writing this review as I have received my L1 Visa approval. A dear friend referred me to Contact Mr. George Willy who handed my case to his Partner Attorney “Chiro”. There are many attorneys claiming to have the command and experience for L1 visa but it’s a tremendously intricate process. After lot of research, I decided to go with them and must say that I made a wise decision. They are exceptionally professional and skilled in the said area. Thanks to Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates. My case (Green card) was a critical one, and only because of Willy Sir and his team I am here now in the USA. It was a long process to get my appointment for the interview. At one point in time, I even lost my confidence. However, Willy and his team were sure about my case and they helped me with the documentation. At last, I got my appointment in last December and I was preparing myself for all kinds of questions from the immigration officer. Hi, I would like to say I'm glad to find and work with this law firm to file my 485J.On October 2020, when the filing dates became current for me, I was exploring my options to file for AP and AOS, where My case was rejected by my company Attorney and said that i had to start the GC process all over. Because in my case I have EB2 and EB3 from 2 different employers and I'm not currently employed with them. First, I would like to thanks Devang and team of willy, Nanayakkara that I received my Green Card in avery short time without interview. My employer suggested me some law firm names to file my i140 and AOS, I choose this firm and I don't regret on my decision at all. Because, my case was handled so nicely that I was given update on required documentations and feedback on my documentations.
