Some delays in communication and responsiveness from certain attorneys
“Every bank so far has had issues interpreting the affidavit the way she wrote it, including one who will not release the funds until they can get further clarification from Ms.Moss. My stepmother, myself, and the banks have called on several occasions for approximately a month and her legal assistants always answer saying Ms. Moss is unavailable and they will relay the message to her and there has been no progress, nor has she reached out to anyone.”

“I was told in November 2019 that they received my medical information. In all this time, they have never contacted me through mail or a phone call to give me any status information on my case. I have never been so disgusted on a company that does not contact the client. The least this law firm can do is keep the client updated.”
