The attorney is horrible. She sold my brother and myself out on a probate case concerning my dad. Would definitely not recommend this attorney at all.

Very rude staff and inhospitable service

I have worked with Mr. Bain for over 10 years. I have found that he is appropriately aggressive and more than willing to try a case however, he addresses the positives and negatives of the case in order to allow you to make a well informed decision. He is accessible to the adjuster and well acquainted with each file that he is handling. I have worked with him on a variety of cases from simple rear-end accidents to very complex defense and coverage issues and have found that he is well prepared and well aware of the issues that need to be addressed in each case. He has been successful for our company in courtroom litigation and has been equally successful in mediation and arbitration proceedings. He has also conducted a variety of Texas CLE lectures for our company. They are always informative. His classes are well received due to his wit and humor that can make an otherwise dry lecture interesting and informative. His office staff is effective and produces timely work product. Everyone in the office is pleasant and more than willing to assist. This speaks volumes, as it is clear that the work ethic starts at the top and filters down within the staff. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. Bain and I have complete confidence in his work, his abilities, and his grasp of any issues put before him in insurance defense litigation. He is an asset to our company.
