My experience with this firm was absolutely horrific. I reached out and spoke with Jackson Reed in early February around a cycling accident I was involved in. Jack committed to making a few phone calls and sending a letter out to the responsible party. He requested several documents that I sent promptly. Jack informed me that he/ someone from the office would follow up in the near future. Over two months go by and I receive no follow. I decided to send an email in mid-March and not a surprise… no-follow up. I send a 2nd email and finally Jack responds and apologized. He said that someone would reach out on Wednesday, March 27th. Once again I received no follow up. I sent another expressing my terrible experience with Reed & Terry LLC. Jack responded with an apology and a commitment to call at 9:30am. You guessed it … Jack Reed didn’t follow up. I question if these reviews are real based on my experience. Jack Reed put me in terrible situation and would strongly recommend to stay far away from this firm.

Reed and Terry were extremely professional and kept us informed and educated during our entire case so we always knew what to expect next and a time frame for every step. I felt like a valued client instead of just a number. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect throughout the process of a legal case. We received more from our settlement than we thought possible. I am so thankful we turned to them for help. Excellent.
