Very polite, helpful, patient and gave the best deal available.

Just a suggestion, we didn’t like Indian Food except London and Paris . We prefer Local Food when we travel. Couple of Hotels didn’t have AC. Our Bus Driver (Titus ) was excellent. Our Tour Manager ( Nick ) excellent. On the whole our Europe tour was amazing. It would be great if you had given some time for shopping in Paris. Over all it was good Tour. We didn’t face any issues. Communication was not very helpful. We expected Zoom meetings before our travel. We had lots of questions about what to Pack because of weather changes. But with some information here and there,we survived. Geethu helped me too .Thank you Shiloh Travel &Tour for Good Job.

Over all everything was good. Tour manager, Driver, city guides all good. Everything in time, one place hotels not 4 star {Holliday Inn). I can give only 2 star. Two thing to mention, Indian food that in this tour one place is not good for south Indians. 2nd, tour manager smoking is not good. Anyway Europe all smoking.

We had an awesome vacation in July courtesy of Shiloh Travels, We were part of the Europe tour from July 14-28 which consisted of 10 countries in 14 days. We needed UK and Schengen visas and a special shout out to Sheena who worked diligently to get us our appointments in Miami for both the visas. I would also like to thank Geethu and Jincy for setting up the itinerary and travel insurance as I was travelling with my wife and 2 teenage children. We had a taste of local food arranged by the tour which was greatly appreciated as I always enjoy local food while travelling to other locations. I would also like to thank our tour manager Nick who was truly an amazing guide who took care of everything and made sure we got the best of everything. We had a great driver as well from London to Paris driving through 10 countries and making sure we arrived safely and on time. There were some hiccups along the way but overall great experience and thank you Finny and Shiloh travels for making this vacation possible. From our family of 4, Thank you for this great vacation.

I was really impressed with the tour bus driver Theethoos, who is very knowledgeable with various city streets in all the countries that we have travelled, very courteous, hardworking, willing to help and a has a great personality. Tour manager Nick was also an experienced person who was able to guide our team for on time for all the attractions. Great job guys!

We were in the group that went on European tour from July 14-28. Over all we had a great time. The tour manager briefed us of the day’s plan on the previous day evening as well as in the morning on the day. He kept us on schedule. We had a nice and safe driver. The food was overall very good except that of the Indian Restaurant Rengoli at two places. Also, the local dinner in Paris was not so good other than the salad. Among the places visited, Mt. Titilis, Amsterdam cruise, Vatican, Eiffel Tower and other land marks were memorable. The local guides were good. The local guide in London had some confusion in the beginning regarding the arrangement for the bus and the driver. The tour started a little late and the guide seemed to be in haste and worried about keeping time. We were not added to the what’s app group in the beginning and so we missed the communications in the week before travel.Hope it was an isolated case, but please make it a point that everybody get the communications promptly so they can prepare accordingly. As an overview of typical European destinations, this whirlwind tour was a great experience. Bhasilal & Valsa
