I have nothing but great things to say about Brandon. When I was first looking for a lawyer I had no idea where to start. I contacted a few lawyers and Brandon was first to reach out to me. We talked on the phone and I told him I wanted to meet in person with him but my work schedule was very hectic so he offered to stay late at his office one evening to meet me after work. We talked in person and he answered all of my questions. When you talk with him you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and that he genuinely wants to help you. He offered a very good rate and was even flexible on payment options for me. Ultimately I got exactly what I wanted regarding my case. He is very hard working and he was always easy to reach by call or text. Usually responding in just a minute or two via text. I was very worried at first when looking for a lawyer that I’d pay someone and then they’d disappear on me once they got their money. Brandon did not do that. He was at every court date and always made me feel like he had my back throughout the entire process. I want to thank him again and definitely recommend him to anyone in need.

Before choosing this guy as your lawyer let me tell about my case with him. Back when I was 19 I was charged wrongfully of felonies, hired a lawyer and was fighting that for about two years. They ended up getting dismissed and I got a lesser charge, and i completed deferred probation. Then I hired Mr. Segura for early termination it got denied the first time because the case wasn’t strong enough for him to fight and he really didn’t know much about my case is what he told me because he wasn’t my lawyer during the time. So I ended up only getting off a month before my actually probation ended. He did go forth with getting a non disclosure for my charge. However, this is what got me as I’m applying for jobs my dismissed felonies were still popping up and there was delay with my job. I called asking is there anything I can do about these cases he told me they would be there forever and there NOTHING I can do. As a lawyer you would they would be on your side and find a solution but not this guy. It really disturb me for him to tell me something like that. I ended digging deeper and talking to other lawyers and turns out I can get my dismissed felonies expunged, something he didn’t tell me. Hope this help choose wisely

Mr. Lazerine helped me from the beginning to the end on my assault charge in Fort Bend County. He represented me and got my case dismissed after a hearing on the day of trial. I was ready for what ever consequences I had to face but with his amazing knowledge and guidance he was able to get my case DISMISSED!!!! He was great with communication and working with my job schedule on setting up meetings. Mr. Segura is an exceptional lawyer and a wonderful human being too. He's an honest and a very hardworking lawyer. My brother's DWI case was a tough case for any lawyer to handle it. However Mr. Segura accomplished to get his charges dropped from felony to misdemeanor A and no jail time. Unlike other lawyers he is very reasonable and puts in all his efforts to help you. i highly recommend him anytime any day. I guarantee that he would not disappoint you.

Daniel Lazarine has been a blessing to say the least. He saved me from what i was prepared for to be an endless nightmare. I had no idea what to expect after I shamefully earned myself a DWI. I was terrified of the consequences, considering i had plowed into 3 other people to top it off. Needless to say, i knew i had a long, tough road ahead of me. Then i hired Daniel Lazarine. He was like a breath of fresh air, very clear about what to expect, what i needed to do, and how we were going to do it. He was really helpful and flexible with scheduling court dates, quick in and out on the days due in court so that i could make it back to work in good time. All this was so appreciated, helping me through such an awful time. I am 100% sober and learned so much from this ordeal. Most importantly, I have to say...
