Having being charged by the Fort Bend Sheriff for a bogus overrated charge of aggravated assault. Brandon Sims did an excellent job getting my case dismissed based on his relationship with Fort Bend County. I would recommend him for all of my friends/family who are ever in need of an Attorney. 0430 25 Dec. Christmas morning in Fort Bend, Texas, a young man decided to steal from me. I saw him breaking in on my security cameras. I addressed the issue and the burglar. I am a Black man in Texas. Even with footage from my surveillance cameras and being well within the requirements of the castle doctrine, (this happened between dusk and dawn, and on property under my control) I still needed an attorney. From the moment I first spoke with Attorney Kiatta he was respectful and empathetic. He made me feel as though he understood my fear as well as made me comfortable. He also expertly explained the process and kept me up to date as the case progressed. Attorney Kiatta was always reasonably available. When I would call and he was unavailable he’d text right back saying “I’LL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK…!!” or something to that effect and he did. He sat outside my murder grand jury hearing and was the first person I saw when I walked out. (Defense Attorneys aren't allowed in the court during a grand jury hearing) No Bill!!!! I’m beyond thankful for this generous man. This man is so much better than the $10/mo insurance offered at your CHL/LTC class. He provides top notch service. My family and I are grateful. I will remember Attorney Kiatta every Christmas. Thank you sir!

Amazing lawyer. I had some doubts in the middle since he was busy with many other cases however, he kept telling me to trust him and he will do his job. I was afraid if all of the 5 star reviews were true about him or not. In the end, he absolutely lived up to his great reputation and he did a phenomenal job as my lawyer representing me and getting the good deal that I deserved. You just have to trust him all the way until the end and he will come through and you'll be happy with the result. I would highly reccomend David Hunter as one of the best lawyers.

I can not express the gratitude that I feel for all that Mr. Segura has done for not only my husband but for our entire family. My husband was charged with a second DWI in 2014 (his first offense was over 20 years ago). During our initial consultation it was very apparent that Mr. Anthony Segura was the right Attorney for the case. He is very genuine and upfront, always informing us of the best and worst possibilities. He does not candy coat the situation with unrealistic expectations and takes the time to make sure we understood all outcomes. Admittedly he is a very busy attorney (comes with being the best) yet he alway answered our calls. On the rare occasion when he was unavailable Mr. Segura would respond to our correspondences the same day. Although I pray we never need his services again, it is of much comfort knowing he will be there if need be. I hired Mr. Segura after reading all of the reviews about him and meeting with him in his office. From day one it was all about me. He answered every phone call, email and text. Most within 1 hour of me sending them. He kept me up to date with the status of my case the whole time. I was very confident about his decision to take my case to trial. During the trial he handled himself very professionally. He knew DUI laws better than anyone in the courtroom. He respectfully questioned all witnesses yet still backed them into their own corners. Several times throughout the trial I noticed other attorneys sitting in just to watch him work. More than once I was told "you hired the best in the business". They were absolutely correct. The situation I had gotten myself into seemed as if there was no good way out. What I walked out of the courtroom with was an acquittal. His work and attention to detail resulted in the charges being dropped completely. The jury never had the opportunity to decide on a verdict. Upon polling the jury after the Judges decision, all 6 returned a not guilty. I wouldn't recommend any other Attorney for a DUI case. He definitely lives up to his word and proves it in the courtroom where it really counts.
