To kick off the process, we first met with Jennifer Chiang who is highly intelligent, witty, engaging, straight-to-the point, and thorough. Her entire office is top tier professional: intimate, organized, and modern. Throughout the process of getting our family's information populated into their database to formalize documentation, Jennifer’s legal team offered their expertise and/or support along the way (McKenzie, Ann, Lori, and Natasha). They were accommodating, upbeat, and collectively responsive for all of our inquiries. What a team! On the final signing ceremony day everything was pre-organized and labeled for a seamless experience, led by Jennifer Chiang and coordinated by her legal team. At the conclusion of the ceremony, finalized documents were neatly prepared in a large clear legal folder to take home for safe keeping. We had a highly professional experience with Jennifer and her staff. Her firm specialize in Estate Planning and has great advice for us in the context of State of Texas. They have a very efficient process and a secure port to facilitate communication and answer all sorts of questions. Both her admin and paralegal assistant, McKenzie and Natasha were also very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend their service and will definitely go back.

I called to ask about probate services. The rep asked me on the spot that there is a 495 consultation. Updating review because someone did follow up and explain how things work. It makes little sense that you can speak to many attorneys about help and incur thousands in fees without picking one

Natasha impressed me with her level of professionalism and knowledge. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner as well, she is an overall delight to work with.

Do not use this lady. She gave my family a run around for almost 7 months! Kept asking for more money! Kept getting court dates re scheduled. Very unhappy. When a loved one passes the family is going though enough. My family finally spoke to a new lawyer. He said he will have it done in 2 months. Looked over all the "work" she did. Said over half of it was unnecessary and didnt even make sense. Beware!

Booking an appointment was such a bad painful experience, i decided not to work with this firm
