Mrs. Burkett was my lawyer for my custody for my then 9 year old son. Mrs. Burkett has so easy to deal with and made me feel like I had a fighting chance with gaining custody of my son. She was awesome and very forgiving on her terms for payment. Which is a win win in my book... Great Affordable Honest Lawyers are hard to find.... I know Mrs Burkett can and will do everthing possible to resolve any situation.. She will be my lawyer until my son gains his adulthood. Thank You Mrs Burkett Thank You Happy Father!!!!!

I hired Jessica a year ago to help me defend myself against a team of bloodthirsty lawyers my ex wife hired. She kept the wolves at bay and helped me get visitation with my son back. I used her to get my son back after the ex kept him from me for 9 months. I won the contempts, I got 100% custody and she spent three days in jail.

She was great to work with. I was not sure if my ex husband would contest or even sign the divorce papers. Most lawyers I talked to said that the only way to handle this type was to start off as a contested divorce. Jessica was the only one that said she would start of as a uncontested divorce and explained that even if my ex did not sign I still could get my divorce. She also explained that with our Attorney General papers/Child Support/Child Custody I already had everything I wanted concerning our daughter. She was great and very knowledgeable. I hope I never have to use a lawyer again, but if I do I would go to her and/or ask her who she recommends.
