Lennea and her firm handled our custody case and we ended up with the best possible outcome. Everyone in the firm is very friendly and always willing to help. She explained everything really well and kept us updated on how the process worked. We would definitely use her again.

More than disappointed. I can’t count the number of “out of the office” responses I received over the year after hiring her for a child custody case for my special needs son. She misunderstood mediation issues, explaining them incorrectly to me to in hurry to get an agreement at the “third” mediation. She cost me serious loses financially due to her misunderstand what opposing counsel was requesting, in addition to dragging the case out through three mediations over a year. My mistake was not noticing all the reviews I read about her were several years old. She does not match them. Subsequently, I hired a new attorney to help correct her errors and now have full custody of my son. Lennea let my special needs son down and depleted all of my retirement funds while doing so. Be very cautious who you put your life in the hands of. I do not recommend this attorney.

As someone who has never left a negative review for an attorney before, it pains me to write this, but I feel that the public needs to be aware and cautious about my experience with Lennea Cannon. Despite paying her an additional retainer, she demanded further payments, citing a chargeback issue. Though I managed to save up the necessary funds and pay her again, it turned out that she had already received the initial payment, which caused my bank account to be in overdraft for 75 days. Throughout our interactions, she also failed to communicate effectively and was frequently dismissive and rude. When I suggested a fee arbitration service, her responses became increasingly hostile. To make matters worse, she withheld excess funds without explanation, which I found unethical and frustrating. Given my experience, I urge anyone considering her services to conduct thorough research and proceed with caution. While it is concerning to see positive reviews on Avvo, my personal experience was far from positive.

Lennea worked on my case in excess of one year, and took the time to investigate endless lies, manipulations, and misrepresentations about me and my kids to come to a reasonable parenting solution. It did take longer than I would like for those things to be found out, but my case was complicated and her sticking through with an open mind made the difference. She was professional during the entire process and my kids are in excellent shape and protected from the bad things that were happening to them.

Lennea, thank you so much for representing me on my modification case. My child's father isn't exactly a stand-out guy and he's pretty nifty at cutting corners and cheating the system. But not on your watch. From mediation to negotiations to getting my case ready for trial - you've truly fought for the best interest of my family and I'm so grateful for your help and guidance.
