Can't say enough great things about the staff at Mrs. Venza's office. We were very nervous going into this, but she and her staff guided us and made it as easy as possible each step of the way. The office kept constant communication with us and made sure we understood the process from start to finish. In a time where stress is at the highest, they kept us grounded and positive. I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

A single dad seeking custody of his two daughters in Texas is a very long shot. However, due to changing circumstances, I was referred to Venza Family Law through a long-time, trusted friend and decided to attempt it. Within two weeks, Vicki and her team won an immediate, temporary change of custody! The finalization of the case took much longer, but they fought tirelessly - as if it were their own children - and yesterday we signed final orders granting this single dad primary custody. We had a lot of wins along the way, and I loved that Vicki or Judi would call me immediately each time and celebrate with me. The court appointed me Mr. Venza at the beginning of my case. At that time he got me what was the best outcome for the charge. I didn’t finish my terms of agreement and was back in court. They were looking for some time behind bars. I had let Mr. Venza know that things in my life were totally different and if they gave me that time I would literally lose everything. He kept fighting for me and came back with a decision that I told my family would be the best outcome but would never happen. I figured at least more probation time and more money and long drives back and forth from my hometown to Fort Bend Co. Went to court that morning and the thing I could only wish and dream about is what he got me. Now here I am done with everything and I owe it all to my lawyer. He gave me the second chance I needed. I again wanna say thank you Mr. Venza and my family thanks you.

John venza took a very stressful situation for me, and made me feel way more comfortable about the possibilities of a better outcome. My charge had been a felony and if you could only imagine I was super scared. It was the most nerve reckoning moment for me in my life but somewhere in the midst of that I found John online...... The best way for me to put it is I felt like I was led to John and I'm glad I was. I couldn't imagine doing this without him. I was more ecstatic about my outcome, he got my case dismissed and it didn't even take a whole year for him to do it.
