I find The Kutty Law firm very response to clients I refer to them. The clients I refer need an aggressive strategy with an upfront resolution of each issue that needs to be addressed. They are also upfront with which strategy and the appropriate budget is best suited for your case.

I had what sounds like an identical experience as another reviewer had when I had a consultation with Ms. Kutty this afternoon. My appointment was at 4:00 and I finally called her office at almost 4:15 to see if she was still going to call me for our appointment (that was the plan). Her receptionist passed me to her and it was clear she hadn’t taken the time to read any of the information I was required to submit prior to our meeting. I found her to be excessively aggressive (which might b great in the courtroom, but I’m not the opposing counsel). Apparently, I was supposed to just sit there and listen and not ask any clarifying questions or explain differences in my situation than what she thought was the case. At one point, I actually had to ask her why she was yelling at me. Apparently, I broke code and asked a question because I didn’t understand something and that was upsetting to her. She then reprimanded me for “not listening” like I was an 8-year old. She then wrapped up her 15-minute discourse by telling me how much it would cost if I wanted her representation and telling me to call the office if I wanted to move forward. Ummm, that would be a big NO. Totally unprofessional, uncaring, and extremely rude. I do not recommend.

NEVER go to this attorney unless you want your case to be rejected for personal reasons. She took on my divorce case only to drop me 1 week before mediation date. Stating she had a internal conflict due to a working relationship her husband and my brother had, all the while she accepted my case knowing that relationship existed. I would describe her as negligent, irresponsible and a disgrace to the trade. Take this as a warning save your money and avoid the headache she will give you if you ask her to represent you. Wanted to update everyone on what's happened since I posted this review. Kutty has turned to her husband to strong arm my brother into convincing me to remove my review. Let me remind everyone what she stands for: ETHICS - when she some how passed the bar she was instructed to not accept cases that include conflict of interest. She accepted mine knowing that there was a independence issue and used it as a perfect scape goat. COMPETENCE - She has none DILLIGANCE - If it doesn't benefit her don't expect her to have your back. COMMUNICATION - She sent me a email saying she will no longer represent me, not even a phone call. And with her husband getting involved, that just goes to show how low this person is willing to go. Why would anyone want this person to represent them.... Dont you love when the owner (Kutty) responds generically stating my version of the story is incorrect... Kutty i have all the emails saved and will be more than happy to release that information to prove to everyone that you are a crook.

I needed a child support modification and Atty Kutty and her team helped me despite complications like my x living in another state and other things that arose. They were fantastic and professional and helped my daughter get the modification so that she can be cared for properly. I am grateful to them and recommend them. They are familiar with the law and have good relationships with their peers. You will be in good hands if you hire them to help you.
