Divorce is never easy. Specially when you don’t even know your spouse has filed for divorce and you don’t even live in the country or even a citizen of the United States. I was recommended to Kutty and Associates through a common connection. I reached out to her because I received a very legal looking document from my spouse demanding money. Yasmin pointed out immediately to let me know that such a legal document could not exist without a divorce appeal being filed. She was kind enough to point me in the right direction to obtain the filed petition. Right from the first consultation with Yasmin I felt confident that whatever the outcome, I was getting the best legal support. Yasmin not only got me over the line but was also very supportive at the time I lost my job. She was kind enough to work out a finance plan on a fixed lawyers fees payable in installments so that I could manage and did not feel any unnecessary financial burden. The outcome was to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Kutty and Associates in an instance to any one who needs assistance with Family Law. They not only take care of you as a client but work with you when times are bad. I could not have asked for better representation.

Left two voicemails and one online inquiry. Its been three weeks and I had ZERO call backs. I guess they don't want business if they are not even going to answer inquiries. Very unprofessional.

I paid for a 45 min consultation. Ms. Kutty spent a total of 15 min with me and seemed disinterested in my questions. She lacked compassion and friendliness. She did not try to ask me details of my situation. She did answer a few questions I had but in 2 instances she made the comment that it would cost money (assuming I could not afford it). I explained to her I was there for legal advice because I was unsure how custody matters worked. I left my consultation slightly informed, judged, and humiliated. I had to share my story with someone who lacked complete empathy. Not even one smile! Definitely a waste of $165 which should be prorated since she didn't spend 45 min on my case. I am sure I would be charged if we went a minute over.

Ms Kutty and her team is very desciplined, competent and on the money when it comes to divorce. They always look for client interest and get things done on time.

Custody issues are definitely a stressful time for families and I cannot imagine what the attorneys must go through. It must be just as difficult for them. Even then, the Kutty law firm associate attorney was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and took great care to guide me through the process. She helped me understand my position, what challenges my case had and how to best approach the case. Obtaining custody of children as a father is very difficult these days, but it's not impossible with a good firm on your side. The Kutty law firm is doing an excellent job of handling my case and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to navigate divorce or custody issues.

Originally I went through 3 different divorce lawyers before I was blessed to find Attorney Kutty. She was knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and passionate about my case from start to finish. Her staff are also friendly, courteous, and very helpful as well. Kutty took my contested divorce case that was improperly handled by the previous attorneys and completely turned it around. Attorney Kutty’s rate is not cheap, but not too expensive. But I’m telling you, Attorney Kutty is worth every dollar. She explained different procedures and filings either necessary or unnecessary to my case so that I could be aware and decided what I wanted to spend money on instead of any being wasted. Though of course she acted swiftly when emergent situations with my case took place to my benefit. Not only did I get my divorce, but I was granted all that I requested in my divorce petition. I am so thankful that I was blessed to have found attorney Kutty and her firm. She really fights for her clients.

I came to Ms. Kutty to help me in a judicial decision taken against me with little notice in the family court. Ms. Kutty was very well organized and gave me adequate time to document and letigiate every aspect of the case. She is quite knowledgeable of the family law legal system and understands the judge perspective. She also has a good network of professionals and reaches out to subject matter experts when needed, which was quite resourceful. With few discription of witnesses she was able to bring them to the court to give their statements. Finally I got a favourable and fair decision by the court. It saved my children and family.

This is the first review I have ever written, so I apologize in advance. I’m a young father who wanted custody of my two children, it was a long hard road and honestly, I feel the court system was agents me as the father, but with the help of the Kutty law firm, I was eventually awarded custody of my two children. Miss Kutty was a big help in more ways than legally, she was always compassioned and understanding through the entire case.
