I felt throughout the entire divorce process that Ms. Kutty really cared about me and what I was going through. In addition to giving sound legal advice that greatly contributed to a successful settement of my divorce, she also applied her years of experience to many other “non-legal” questions and decisions related to my case, such as invaluable advice on how to pursue the short and long term interests of my kids. Throughout a long and difficult process, she consistently and passionately advocated not only for my legal rights but ultimately for the overall quality of life for me and for my children.

If you need a family law attorney in the first place, you've already got enough to deal with to add the legal process to the list. I started down the long road to getting custody of my teen daughter pro se. When the other side hired counsel, I hired what was supposed to be one of the best firms in town. After investing $10,000 with this "best of", I was in trouble as a result of the poor quality of representation I'd received and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Then, there was Attorney Yasmin Kutty. From our first meeting, she was clear and frank about my case's prospects given where the case stood when I released the previous firm. She gave me a clear game plan and helped me understand my role in it and was always conscious of the use of my resources. Despite this, she delivered more value than I expected, always making sure I was both prepared and in the know. In the end, she took a case that seemed hopeless and instead, won my family custody of my oldest daughter. I hope to never again need a family law attorney. If I do, I know I'll rest at least that much easier in those difficult times having Attorney Kutty in my corner.

I know that Atty. Kutty is someone of a higher caliber that will get the job done. She is a professional that I would recommend to just about anyone that needs a divorce attorney. She is a compassionate, caring person. She is more than just an attorney, she is an upstanding woman!!

When I first came to Mrs. Kutty, I was frustrated and lost with the legal system. The mother of my child was destroying me in court, and my court appointed lawyer was no help. With the guidance and hard work of Mrs. Kutty I went from having supervised visitation with my son to having full custody. For a father to get full custody in Texas is beyond rare. She was always honest with our expectations through out the entire court process. A lot of lawyers will tell you whatever you want to here in order to get your business and cash the check. Not Mrs. Kutty, she was honest with me and actually treated me like a person not just a number. Words can not express my gratitude towards her, I'm actually tearing up while writing this review thinking of all she was done for my family. I highly recommend her. Used Kutty Law Firm to file for custody for my son in 2013, she was great. As most know, the system is weighted against males in Texas, however, Ms. Kutty was professional, organized, and able to efficiently move through the court system bureaucracy and help me win custody of my son. I've dealt with many attorneys over the years with my son, and even my step daughter, and I'd place her at the top of the list. She also has a great internal team, and fellow attorneys she pulls from, making best use of your time and money.
