Lindsey is great understanding and will do all she can to get you what is owed she is fearless and will fight for the best interests of the clients most of all she is patient understanding with her clients because I know I have bad anxiety she was on the phone for over an hour and assured me she had my case I would recommend her to anyone

Ms McKay is the one for the job if you want someone fierce who will fight for you. She is not one to settle for less. My husband was injured in a car wreck by someone who wasn't paying attention. Despite the fact that this other driver disappeared immediately after the accident Ms McKay was able to track down the insurance company of the vehicle owner and worked with his insurance to get us the maximum amount that she could. The only struggle we had was with communication from the office. It wasn't as great as I had hoped (only at times was it lacking) but I still gave it 5 stars because our ultimate desire was to get the maximum amount of damages and ms McKay made that happen. Thank you for all the work that went into our win!

I first gave a good report for McKay but now I am so disappointed in the service and the fact that Amanda doesn't answer questions acutely and she patronize you to avoid not having any information about your case. Here it is 2024 and my accident December 30th, 2022 no updates or communication with what's going on, only they're waiting on doctors bills to come into their office and they can't even let me know what they're doing and how they will move on to the next phase. I referred my friend and she hasn't heard back from McKay yet on her case. I'm so disappointed in this attorney and her staff 😞. I have Mrs. McKay cellphone number and office number 😢 I can't wait to delete it after I hear from them with my case. Ugh!!

Worst attorney office EVER. Don't waste your time because they will DEFINITELY waste yours. Don't fall for all the 5 star reviews because I promise you they are NOT accurate. They assign the least knowledgeable person in the office to handle your account. If they finally do decide to reach out to you about your case, (don't hold your breath though because they will ignore voicemails and phone calls) they have no information and are completely clueless. Never once heard from my supposed "case manager", spent over 2 weeks just trying to get someone/anyone on the phone (they are quick to email that contract over though). Only person I heard from was the one that was "handling" my property claim and I pretty much had to do the guys job for him. Save yourself the hassle and headache and use a different lawyer. I'm now dealing directly with my insurance company after almost of month of this place wasting my time. They are clueless on how to deal with, or even explain the process on how to deal with the at fault party being uninsured, guess that will be the next part of what should have been their job that I will also have to do.
