“Now if it's normal business practices for this Title Company to virtually steal deceased funds, SHAME! There is absolutely no reason that they should be holding those funds hostage unless the intent is to steal them.”

Rigidity in closing procedures
“we got documents at 4:20 and expect us to be ready to close at 4:30 with wire and everything approved we were told they close at 5 and can't stay 1 minute later than 5 when we finished to sign another escrow officer escort us to leave and we can't stay any longer in the building for pictures and that our copies can be picked up the following day”
