Jeff Kelly and his team have been a joy to work with. His firm was responsive and Jeff was proactive in the midst of our urgent real estate transaction. He is a brilliant (and kind) advocate who also has the rare ability to make complex legal jargon understandable to those of us who aren't lawyers. Jeff Kelly and his staff worked diligently to allevitate the enormous amount of stress my foreclosure was causing. My house in Hutto was set for foreclosure...a constable actually showed up there with the notice to vacate within 24 hours. I frantically began searching for an attorney to represent me and prayed to God that I chose the right one. Mr. Kelly was the best decision I could have made. They immediately filed a Temporary Restraining Order which the Judge approved...so my house was saved for the time being and since then, KLG has gone above and beyond what I could ever have imagined an attorney would do for me. We did a loan modification with the mortgage company, BOA, who hardly worked with us at all...but after KLG got involved, it was a complete 360 turnaround and they now treat us like human beings. My children grew up in that house and many memories were made there. thanks to them, those memories will continue and I cannot express how grateful I am for their diligence and true dedication to keeping my family in the home and out of a desperate situation. Jeff Kelly is one of the best lawyers in Austin, hands down. Not only does he handle real estate & foreclosure cases, but he helped me with getting a serious traffic ticket completely dismissed. Jeff knows exactly what to do in the courtroom, and I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.
