I came to The Kelly Legal Group during a tough time in my life where seemingly everything was falling apart around me and they were understanding and diligent, as well as willing, to help me with my case. They truly only charge for true work they do. These guys work hard too! I worked with Anna and her team and we ended up with a positive result in our case. I wholly trust them with all my being and would certainly recommend them or use them again if need be.

I hired the Kelly Legal Group for a condo purchase in Austin. Jeff and Greg assisted me throughout the whole process from making offers to closing. They were particularly helpful when additional clarification was needed regarding parking spot assignments and we were able to get the appropriate documents from the seller and closed on schedule.

Pretty terrible experience working with Kelly Legal Group to get some issues with early termination of a lease sorted out. I explained all details to the lawyer up front and provided all necessary documents, but over the next couple months the lawyer would receive that very same information from the rental management company and bring it up as if it was new information. Around 3 months and a couple thousand dollars of legal fees and absolutely nothing to show for it. I can't even verify if a demand letter was even sent. Thankfully the matter happened to sort itself out on it's own or I would be in a very difficult situation. Even now that the case is closed they've been slow to refund the remaining money in the trust account. I get that there may be some staffing issues, but it's kind of ridiculous at this point.

Made an appt 1 week ago w/Carla for real estate contract dispuute. Scheduled appt time, no call returned for appt time. I called to see why no one called for my appt. Excuses of how busy and only 1 person did consult calls. Disappointed 😞. The person I talked with reiterated Carla's message early in week. I wanted to talk to someone for advise. Never talked to anyone. Don't walk, Run from this firm!

I contacted them about initiating a law suit. The person I spoke to over the phone was good at first, explained my options and such. But when it came to retaining them as my lawyer, the person I was communicating with ghosted me. She never returned my calls or emails. In a 3 week period I called and emailed them multiple times, left my name and number, and no response. Waste of my time. Why say you will take on my case if you won’t even give me the paperwork to hire you. Now I have to find another lawyer that will do their job and actually communicate with me. Don’t waste your time, look for lawyers elsewhere. Edit: 1/26/24 Yes. I did contact y’all multiple time. It’s true y’all never responded. But, hey, at least y’all are responsive somewhere. (Only here). P.S. for those of you thinking of going to their local office to get answers, don’t waste your time either. They’re not at the address advertised on here. They moved locations and you can’t find them at their new location either.

They are not honest and just want money.

She has always been very thorough in her explanations and patient with my ignorance of the process. Her response time was always timely, when I reached out. I work a full- time job and am a caretaker for my elderly grandmother.
