I was a first time homebuyer stuck in a contract with one of the big national home builders. The KLG team, Christine in particular, handled my case just as I had hoped for and helped me terminate. I contacted Jeff Kelly from a place of desperation, being in a risky dispute with my commercial landlord. Jeff skimmed my lease and took ten minutes to give me a free phone consultation. He explained what it would look like to retain him, but first gave me the advice to try and negotiate. His exact words were, "it's better not to use me, if you can avoid it! I'd rather you come back for more services later." He didn't need to do that; if he had said, "hire me," I would've! Ultimately I took his advice and reached an agreement, saving me a ton of money and headache. It's rare to find someone with integrity and a service-oriented mindset. I'm glad to have found Jeff, and I recommend him highly!

A realtor and their sellers tried to take our $5K earnest money unlawfully. Title company wouldn’t help: small town, everyone knows each other except us non-townies so they thought they could intimidate us. Distressed and feeling alone, I called multiple attorneys with different perspectives but Jeff Kelly was the only one willing to really listen and he gave me the soundest advice. And his advice worked, perfectly. We got our $5000 back right away. So when another real estate law issue came up with this crazy small town again, he was the first I called and I look forward to working with him again. He’s the real deal, y’all. A breath of fresh air compared to your average attorney, and brilliant legal mind!

We had a free consultation with Jeff to go over some legal questions related to our property. Jeff took his time explaining the law using layman's terms that ultimately helped us make the right decision. His background in construction was also a bonus! We would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

The Jeff Kelly Legal Group is amazing. I had a lawsuit with a grocery store in Austin in 2020. They took on the case, and they were very professional and efficient. It took a while, but Christine handled it along with Mr.Kelly. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. Not only did they take the case, they also helped me through all the paper work and steps durring the lawsuit They are AMAZING! If you have any questions about anything call them up. I never felt like a burden with dumb questions, or handling the events in the case. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!

Jeff represented us on an HOA matter. I think he's a very competent lawyer, handled our matter professionally and has a good personality. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately, his staff isn't as competent as he is. After paying over $5K (in full) to handle the matter I was still receiving screwed up billing emails for over a year from his office manager Ashyle who clearly is not "managing" their accounting software. Despite wasting my time, she was cocky and unapologetic and for these reasons I would never use this firm again until she's not part of it.
