Terrible experience The no good people that are working for this guy attorney are terrible I had a bad experience with this group also with the attorney. They will not explain to you, they just rush to take your money away BE CAREFUL do not hire this people No good, they know exactly the consequences of a mechanics lien they don’t care about you, they are out to get people for the money, they don’t explain what Consecuentes you can be dealing with because they know that I’m more trouble you are the more they can get from you, I did spend lots of money with them for mechanics liens and even a judge said all that Obey you paid they didn’t explain to you what can happen she was incredibly amazed, now there trying to sue me for 1400 dlls they need to pay me for all they made me waist time money and headaches Metal anguish and credit card debt. I have to say this is my right to say to everyone what in reality happened to me the woman that works there is a rude person she acts like she can talk to you anyway she wants is a disgrace and the guys that work there are a total waste of time. Don’t waist your money and time with this people !!! I have the right to let people know what happened and I have the right to express my self on real events with proof and witnesses.

Hired on 12/11/18 for a deed title transfer. Over 2 months later and I have not heard from them at all. I have left messages over the last few weeks and not one returned call... I feel as I have been ripped off as I have already paid for the services. EDIT I got a call minutes after this review. Added two stars. We'll see how it goes from here.

Jeff Kelly is an outstanding individual that goes above and beyond for his customer. I contacted him with questions which he answered without hesitation even though I may not be a client of his is the future. I think I will strongly consider using his services in the future. Jeff Kelly is representing me in a real estate dispute. Jeff has a great mind for the law, and when I read the petition he wrote, I nearly fell over. It was the scariest, smartest, most well documented argument I’ve ever seen! OK I haven’t seen that many petitions but Jeff really nailed it - to the last detail. There are considerable complexities in the chronology of the case and Jeff led me through the chronology of events and then documented in amazing detail the facts of the case, citing case law at every juncture. I'd had a previous attorney - he was very nice - but I think he'd of made a better therapist than attorney. Jeff is sharp, focused, aggressive, detail oriented and has a creative and panoramic vision of how to use the law like a sword and shield to defend his client. The oddest part is, Jeff makes me laugh. The law is serious business, but Jeff's humanity and wit is an asset that serves him well. I know I've been wronged. It stings badly and I'm so angry at the treatment I've received from the opposing parties. And at this point, I'm actually less concerned about a settlement than seeing justice serving up a steaming bowl of "shame on you" But a swift kick to their wallet comes in a close second..Given of what I've seen from Jeff thus far, a settlement won't be nearly as satisfying as watching him in court - dismantling the bad actors that put me in this position.

A few months ago I had the unfortunate experience of my closing date passing without a house sale due to the sellers refusing to leave. I had no idea this was possible but after searching on internet found it is, and often. I had moved to TX from out of state with arrangements made to close on the contracted date. The morning after closing date was not honored, I looked up real estate attorney and found Jeff Kelly. His offer of a free consultation led me to call for as much information and direction I could receive. I have complete respect for Jeff and his knowledge he so graciously shared. He patiently listened to my list of questions and answered each one thoroughly. He gave me the options of direction to pursue and cost of each. He waited while I gathered my contract to read him particular paragraphs. He knew exactly what information to give to ease my mind and assure me I had legal recourse should I choose to retain his services beyond the phone consultation. Thankfully I was able to close on the house under contract nine days after initial closing date. I asked Jeff what I could give to honor his time for his help. He asked that I write a review of my experience speaking with him. Its taken some time but I have not forgotten how incredibly helpful it was to receive logical legal information with as much patience as he delivered. Thank you Jeff!
