Used Alderete twice and it started off well and he gave us his word he would do all that he can to fight for my son. Well, it was hard to get ahold of him and when it was my sons court day in wilco he reset it like 3 or 4 times . Well we expressed the other charge in Austin that he promised to take care of but, Never did. Mr Alderete didnt seem to care once he was paid. It was so hard to get a hold of him. I would Never use his service again. Its sad that you think hes going to help you and he really doest. Pleases go somewhere else dont waste your money.

my husband. had him on a case and he did great. he is the one I would call or recommend.

He is a Lawyer who fights for you and will do what's needed. To the others if you don't do your part you cant expect him to do all the work.

Had my reservations but was pleasantly surprised by the work mr alderete put in to ensure the best results.

THIS GUY IS A THIEF CHARGED ME 3500.00 FOR NOTHING AND TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE AN ATTORNEY THATS REALLY GONNA FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. HE REALLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.

This law firm doesn't deserve ANY stars. Stay away from this crook, you'll have better luck on your own. Just keep your money, otherwise it'll be like flushing it down the drain. They're quick to collect their money but it all goes down hill from there. Nothing but false promises and at the end doesn't get anything done. Really bad at following up, keeping you in the loop of things, and really hard to get a hold of after you pay them. Always makes excuses.

I wouldn't send anyone his way. I talked to him 2 times over the phone that probably totaled up wo 10 mins. I was sending all the information I had that I thought would help, but that was obviously pointless! I felt like I was just giving my money way. I paid him 2000+for NO REASON WHATSOEVER!!! He showed up late to our mediation, was on his phone the whole time, in and out of the room. He didn't know ANYTHING about my child support case. He literally let the judge interrogate me. I was so uncomfortable and confused. He didn't speak on my behalf (even though I thought that's why I was paying him) Bottom line. I paid him just to get nothing I wanted out of the situation and of course since I felt like he didn't bother to do his job he didn't need anymore of my money. Do not send anyone his way!
