I couldn't recommend Ben Burnett and his staff at BCSW ENOUGH! Genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met, and an amazing attorney.

BCS&W have helped me with a number of items over the years, from a lawsuit to recommendations of other lawyers and they have always been knowledgeable, effective and acted with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend them for any legal service...and if they can't help, they can help you get to somebody who can.

My advise to anyone thinking about using this firm. THINK AGAIN. You will pay TOP dollar for their services, and in return, you'll receive a real BIG bill for sub-par services.

We where referred to B,C,Snw lawfirm by a seasoned attorney. We actually received an amateur associate who acted as he knew Texas real estate law. In fact , he was not well versed in real estate law . Point ,one, he had us doing all the foot work while charging $300 an hour. While dragging his feet. So the out come was he charged us 10,000 and we where no better off 10 months in ,then when we walked in the front door. I won't even start on communication because it was all one sided. It seemed to us this firm was more concerned about money then actually helping us. I do not recommend this firm to anyone.

After wasted 6 weeks waiting for "Courtney Cruse" OR Burnett to call back, they didn't have the common decency to respond. From what I've heard since, I'm so lucky they didn't. Run... run away...

This was my first time going through a personal injury lawsuit. My attorney Tad Allen and his assistant Ann really set the bar high! Tad and Ann were very responsive through the whole process and had great communication. They were very patient with me when I had questions!
