I worked with Dee Cowap for intake of SSDI information. She always responds quickly to any questions and was easily able to answer all my questions when speaking on the phone, she clearly explained the process and any actions I needed to perform. I have trouble remembering details or struggle for words, due to my disability. She always was patient. I am sure she had to repeat some of the explanations and when I was grasping for a certain word, she would wait and help me recall.
