I would not recommend Don Bokovoy to anyone. He was my lawyer with pacific law center, he was suppose to meet with me in march of 2010, I went to his then new law center and he left, he made the appointment with me. I called his number trying to get a hold of him, i didn't get a call back. I call several times until his answering service would not take anymore calls. Then I called another lawyer trying to get help and was told that he couldn't help me because I had a lawyer. Yes, one I could not find. I needed help then and before that and I never got a call back. My forms were done incorrectly and I needed him to fix it. It took me six months to meet with him and then he disappeared. Now I am in a situation where ( the trustee) wants me to pay $6000 a month because when I get to the end I would not have paid enough. What was the point in filing if this was going to happen. I don't have that kind of money. I am 8 month before this ends and the trustee is telling me that I will be short $15000.00. Really. This isn't fair because pacific law center did not hire qualified personnel. The line that's said you will pay -----% or dollar amount, she marked 55% which the amount was already 55%, but the last part said which ever is hirer. Guess what happen 55% of the total debit and they can keep coming back with claims. It is not right.

I would not recommed Mr. Bokovy to anyone!!!! I have read the reviews posted with two highly recommending him, two not. One stating he's known Mr. Bokovy, maybe thats what it takes for him to get the job done right. The other stating he has a strong work ethic, if this is true why did he leave ushanging. We hired Mr. Bokovy for our Chapter 13 case, regardless of where he was, our case was his responsibility. In not knowing the system or the law regarding bankruptcy people basicly put there trust in someone who is educated in this area. After many messages and letters written to him, not once did he reply to seeing our case thru. What kind of work ethic is this? I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone!!!!!

I started with PLC for a Home Modification. Didn't do anything about that so we have to file Chapter 13. When they went bankrupt Mr Bokovoy took over. Things have changed and we have NOT been able to contact him. No working phone number. We have to hire a new attorney and not sure who to trust now

I've known Don Bokovoy for over 20 years and have always found him to be an extremely well-qualified attorney, without peer in his field.

This past week I had to file for dismissal of my Chap 13 and refile a new one in order to correct the damage done by this jerk Bokovoy and his firm, the notorious Pacific Law Center. They are infamous in San Diego for all the people who were screwed by them. And Don, I hope you read this so you'llknow that one day I'm going to come looking for you.

Mr.Bokovoy has been representing us for the last three years during our bankruptcy. He has giving us nothing but 100 percent of his time and energy in representing us in court as well as handling any other issues that arise. My wife and I strongly recommend Mr. Bokovoy for any bankruptcy issues that you may have. He has a strong work ethic and will take care of your legal needs.
