I highly recommend hiring Tina as your lawyer. Throughout my entire situation, she kept me informed and gave me the best and worst case scenarios so that I could make informed decisions. Tina is the ONLY attorney I would trust to handle my cases. She’s the best I’ve ever seen. She is one of “the last good cowboys” in this field. She will handle her opposing counsel with ease and will teach you how to handle your business at the same time! If she tells you something, listen! She knows what she’s doing.

My husband passed away and I was not in any shape to cope with the bankruptcy. She gave me time to grieve. When things looked like I was getting sued` Tina gave me the push and help that I needed. I have never met an attorney that that cared so much or was so patient. I highly recommend her and I will use her again if I need an attorney.

Tina is a fantastic attorney. She is professional and very hard-working. What began as a fairly simple divorce, turned into a two year nightmare. Every time something new was thrown at me, she was there beside me to keep me calm and focused. In the end, my divorce settlement went very heavily in my favor.

Tina Montoya is a very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and a caring lawyer. She took my case and started working on it immediately. She listened to my wishes and advised me on every detail of my case for my divorce, custody, and child support. She fought for me and my daughter when it came to my divorce due to domestic violence.
