If you want a lawyer that will return your calls or actually speak to you about your case and keep you informed then he isn't the lawyer for you. He represented my brother in our probate case and getting to talk to him was harder than finding a needle in a haystack. He treated my brother like he wasn't of importance and I think it was due to the fact my brother in currently incarcerated, but who knows? Me and my mother both spoke with him and he was rude and short and hung up in my mom's face. I wouldn't recommend him to probate my dogs will.

Will not return calls but has no problem lying to the court in Pike county saying he couldn't get a hold of his client. Is a very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL individual. Will not work for you as his client it's more like the courts have him in their pocket. I do believe this is a fine example of ineffective counsel.
