I cannot say enough wonderful things about John Delk and his team! They helped make sense of a chaotic situation and were with me every step of the way!

If you are in need of a lawyer who is not going to look at you as a "case," you've found them!  Mr. Delk was not the first attorney I spoke with prior to my divorce, but immediately after meeting with him and his team, I knew I didn't need to speak with anyone else.  His paralegal Mrs. Collins was phenomenal, I could not sing her praises enough.  She truly was in the trenches with me.  They made me feel like family and took my case personally. What others said was impossible, Mr. Delk strategically achieved.  Watching Mr. Delk practice law in the courtroom was watching an artist at work.  The employment of passion, logic, and law blended personally.  I will forever be debted to the Delk Law Team.  I can not recommend them enough, this is the best choice for representation.  Thank you all so much!

The staff are professional and friendly. They were easy to communicate with and listened to my concerns. They also keep me updated on the status of my situation.

We used Mr. Delk for a custody case for our grandchildren over a year ago. He had all the evidence when we got to court. We walked out with custody and are now going forward with adopting the children. His receptionist is so caring and very helpful to us about each step. We get updates every step of the way. He is always there to answer questions along the way. I have and will continue to refer more clients to him. You will not find a more caring or professional lawyer who truly cares about the well being of children.

Not at all pleased with this attorney. His assistant has been wonderful and in my opinnion has done his work. If I had a choice in attorney...he would NOT be my son's attorney. He was appointed by a judge for my son...HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!
