So thankful for Ben King and his staff. They were able to help my Uncle Sherman get Medicaid, which he desperately needed to get into a nursing facility. Also protected his assets.

Ross and Shoalmire are fantastic. I dealt with Lisa regarding some assistance for my grandmother and she was so sweet and very helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their firm. Also, Katie Stone is at their office is fantastic and super knowledgeable of their services offered as well!

Everyone (receptionist, attorney, paralegal) at Ross & Shoalmire was friendly, helpful and respectful.
My Dad and I met with Lisa Shoalmire and Donna Butler. Both were personable, extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, explained the process and advised documents needed. They were indispensable! We are grateful and could not have handled matters without their expert assistance.
I have recommended their services to several people and will continue to do so.

We used Lisa at Ross & Shoalmire for our estate planning. Her and Donna Butler were excellent to work with and while we were there we encounter professional, friendly and courteous staff members who were all willing to help. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I went with my mom to see Lisa Shoalmire to have a power of attorney and trust fund set up. We were also told about the Lady Bird Deed. So glad to learn of this and it save me a lot of stress upon her death. Lisa was wonderful and knowledgable and I highly recommend her.

I have been more than grateful that I was given a recommendation to contact Ross & Shoalmire for the first time in 2019. This firm has been my saving grace and I could never have gone through the red tape for Medicaid approvals without their help. Donna Butler has worked with me directly so many times and calmed my fears as she assured me that they would fight for us in every way. The paralegal who called me had no interest in helping me. Typically firms who want to take your case tell you what they need to go forward. She told me i need all the papers? & to call the court… google it. Wow, thanks!
