I went to Ms. Shoalmire because I was preparing for my old age when I found that it had already slipped up on me. When I told her my specific problem, she immediately knew of a solution. She explained it to me and then told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. The final product was completed and ready for me to sign in three weeks (which included a holiday), and the final charge was very reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Shoalmire!

Of note, is Lisa treated me as if I was the most important client and the only client. She took time to express concern for me as a person as well as my legal issue. I arrived in her office not knowing I needed a lawyer and having to leave the state the following day. Lisa worked after closing to meet my needs. She demonstrated not only expertise legal knowledge but a vast knowledge of many folks and organizations within the elder care industry. When you mention the name Lisa Shoalmire people elevate the attention and service they give you.

My mother developed Alzheimer's. Ms Shoalmire and my Mother set up an irrevocable trust to protect my Mother from herself and from any unknown third parties. Ms Shoalmire thoroughly explained the other different legal instruments available to protect my Mother. The unknown third parties turned out to be relatives. Ms Shoalmire fought our relatives on my Mother's behalf. Ms Shoalmire predicted and anticipated our relatives' actions and countered them every step of the way. Ms Shoalmire protected my Mother and her assets. Ms Shoalmire provided great emotional and spiritual support for my Mother and me. It's 18 months since diagnosis and a year since the attempted theft and hearings, Ms Shoalmire is still responsive, informative, and empathetic. When there's Alzheimer's and any amount of money, evil accumulates. Ms Shoalmire fights evil. She is an angel. * This review can't adequately describe the emotional upheaval of Alzheimer's and greedy, thieving relatives, and, it can't describe how good it feels when Ms Shoalmire arrived to save the day.
