I am a male that was filing for divorce while also fighting for custody of my son. Courtney was wonderful through the entire process. She was always prepared for every possible scenario or challenge that arose. She was very passionate about my needs and definitely had my son's best interest at heart. She listened very carefully and explained each process in detail so that I understood. We ended up winning full custody, the home privileges and I did not have to pay my wife spousal support even though I chose to for one year. In July my wife and I were notified of a situation that required us to initiate proceedings to gain conservatorship of our two grand-daughters. We contacted Courtney and explained the situation as well as the time constraint (school starting in late August). Courtney agreed to represent us and immediately went to work. End result was that less than a month later we were standing before the associate judge and granted conservatorship, allowing us to get our grand-daughters in school and day care.
