While I did have issues, their team has been quick to call, listen, and work through everything, which is so appreciated! Michelle is absolutely an incredible asset and case manager, and by no means does this overall experience have a reflection on her dedication. During the process, she's been patient and is undoubtedly one of the kindest people you'll work with. She will listen, be considerate of all you're going through, and she will follow through. After knowing how you handle concerns and considerations, (I hope I don't have to because accidents are awful), but absolutely would work with you again.
