Please do NOT hire Shane. He doesn’t work. He takes your hard earned money and goes snow skiing for 4 months. He’s a scam. The 5 star reviews are from several years ago. Shane lost every hearing. Hired a new attorney, went to court, and have been winning ever since.

Shane is an exceptionally sharp lawyer. He listened to my questions & has an answer for every question !! He wants to know what you want as a client & then he pursues your requests with a passion. Michele is simply the BEST, in my 34 years in the professional business world, I have never met someone who was so punctual in returning e-mails, phone calls, etc. She was extremely patient with me & my complicated case. I would (without hesitation) recommend this law firm !!

Hired Shane for a non-contested divorce and was very impressed with the help and patience they had. They took the time to explain how the process would work and Michele would almost immediately reply to an email if i had a question. I was fortunate enough to have an easy and relatively painless divorce, but I never felt out of touch with Shane or Michele. I just went through a nasty divorce and the two of them put me at ease, were patient and took time to cover every detail. I never left one message during my 6 month working with this outstanding firm. The longest I waited for a return email was a maximum of 1 hour and most were returned within 5 minutes. Mr. McLean handles my divorce with tact and empathy. This was the most difficult time in my adult life. Mr. McLean and his para legal Michel walked me through the pre process, the difficult/personal discussions, and final negotiations with extreme empathy. The care shown by him and his staff with regards to keeping my children's lives as normal as possible while still finding the best situation for my post married life was unparalleled. The amount of changes and hurtful dealings from the other council did not phase him. He was able professionally respond and negotiate accordingly.

I highly recommend Shane McLean as a divorce attorney. He fights for you, and tells you how it is every step of the way. He also has an amazing Legal Assistant Michelle! They are compassionate and kind to you, but firm when it comes down to handling the case. They also worked with me financially, which was an enormous relief for me as well!!

He handled my divorce last year.
