I had a custody scare at 10pm. I had received some mail from the attorney General saying that my ex was now the custodial parent and I was freaking out because I didn't know what had happened or if it was even true. I texted nick telling him my situation at 10pm! And 5 minutes later he called me and looked up my case to find out that there were actually no changes and that the attorney General made a mistake on the mail I received. It was a big scare to me at the time but I slept east that night thanks to nick answering me late at night and helping get to the bottom of this situation. Brittany Sloan executed an did an outstanding job probating of the will. It was done quick and in a timeless manner. Brittany Sloan also researched for the necessary paperwork needed for filing for Same Sex Common-Law Marriage (Still being processed by Social Security). We hired Brittany Sloan after she did excellent and efficient work setting up a Living Trust for my parents. After an initial meeting, my husband and I knew she would be perfect for filing and representing us in an adult adoption of my special-needs daughter to me and her step-father. Along with our daughter, Brittany looked at all of the options for our family; and we concluded that we needed a Medical Power of Attorney and Statutory Durable in order to protect and to be an advocate for our daughter.
